The first recording has incredible clarity, but sounds more synthetic in the sound sources. This could be due to mics used, software used to record, etc. The second is not as detailed (not as fast sounding), is warmer, has less top end, and does sound more like acoustic instruments. The last tone that rings to the end has more natural overtones to it. In the original recording, the overtones sound like a sample that isn't quite right.
